Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth for a leading real estate development company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth across all digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead brand management activities, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms.

• Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and traditional advertising.

• Manage the company’s digital presence to enhance online visibility and engagement.

• Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices within the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred from Eastern/Western Europe, China, or Türkiye, aged 40 or below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in strategic marketing roles with a strong focus on digital and real estate marketing.

• Proven success in developing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and brand strategies.

• Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Job Details:

• Position: Full Time

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Salary: Up to AED 28,000 all-inclusive (based on experience & qualifications)
