Are you a supply chain expert with a sharp analytical mind, strong supplier management skills, and global logistics experience? At IronMaxx®, a leader in high-performance nutritional and wellness products, we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee coordination and disposition activities in line with our motto: “Anticipate Demand, Drive Efficiency.”

You will lead strategic and operational efforts to streamline inventory, manage supplier relationships, and optimize inbound and outbound logistics—ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of our innovative health products worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

• Manage end-to-end supplier and freight forwarder communication.

• Oversee transport organization, order confirmations, and quotation preparation.

• Plan and coordinate deliveries, warehouse utilization, and inventory movement.

• Drive operational improvements and quality assurance across logistics workflows.

• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify process optimization opportunities.

Strategic Leadership:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain product availability and avoid shortages.

• Implement robust inventory management strategies aligned with sales demand.

• Support demand forecasting and production planning in collaboration with internal teams.

• Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate stock reports for transparency and decision-making.

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or distribution.

• Prior leadership experience and training in international trade or wholesale logistics is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in ERP systems (especially SAP Business One).

• Familiarity with demand planning tools like Netstock, Streamline, or SAP IBP.

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Language & Communication:

• Native-level English proficiency required; German is a strong advantage.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Soft Skills:

• Organized, analytical, and self-driven with a proactive mindset.

• Excellent time management and a team-oriented approach.
