Senior Manager – Strategy and Insights
Publicis Middle East Dubai , UAE

Publicis Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager for their Strategy and Insights team. This on-site, full-time role in Dubai requires an experienced strategist with a strong background in insight generation, creative thinking, and effective strategic solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and able to drive strategic initiatives for key brands while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical & Product:

    • Advocate and utilize the Publicis Groupe FUEL platform for strategic insight generation.

    • Lead client Effectiveness awards entries and support creative awards submissions.

    • Deconstruct award-winning campaigns to identify successful strategic components and integrate findings into future work.

    • Drive creative thinking and strategic solutions with a focus on revelatory insights rather than basic facts.

    • Oversee and synthesize both primary and secondary research to provide actionable insights.

    • Develop and deliver impactful new business pitches with distinctive strategic thinking.

  • Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of clients’ categories and business landscapes.

    • Lead the development of client presentations, ensuring they effectively tell the strategic story.

    • Coordinate and participate in client workshops, fostering collaboration and insight-sharing.

    • Monitor social, cultural, and technological trends and evaluate their impact on behaviors and attitudes.

    • Optimize campaign performance through detailed reviews and actionable insights.

  • Innovative & Analytical Mindset:

    • Design and execute original primary research methods to inform strategic decisions.

    • Synthesize complex data into compelling, actionable stories and creative opportunities.

    • Conduct competitive analysis, identifying market threats and opportunities for clients.

    • Maintain strategic partnerships with clients and internal teams, building trust through competence and reliability.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing research, data, or business.

  • At least 7 years of experience, preferably within a communication, digital, or media agency, or from the marketing/client side.

  • Strong expertise in strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and market research.

  • Excellent ability to synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data into strategic insights.

  • Proven success in managing client relationships and driving strategic projects to completion.
