DAMAC Properties is seeking a Senior Manager-Projects to lead and manage high-rise tower projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing the project execution, and driving the design and tender processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the project team throughout the project duration, serving as the key point of contact between management and project stakeholders.

• Project Ownership: Ensure the project is delivered on time, to the required quality standards, and within the allocated budget.

• Progress Monitoring: Track construction progress against approved technical documentation, execution plans, and industry standards, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality control, HSE, and best practices.

• Pre-Tender Phase Coordination: Oversee the design development and approvals process, collaborating with consultants, technical, and interior design teams during the pre-tender phase.

• Design Review: Participate in design reviews, focusing on constructability and alignment with the Scope Traceability Matrix and other company guidelines.

• Tender Process Management: Oversee and manage the tendering process in alignment with the Master Programme, coordinating with consultants and the commercial team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field.

• Minimum Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in delivering high-rise tower projects.
