Network International is looking for a Senior Manager – Payment Specialist to lead and manage payment-related consulting projects. This role focuses on driving the adoption and implementation of digital payment solutions, optimizing transaction processing, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and enhancing customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment ecosystems, including working with issuers, acquirers, fintech, and merchants, as well as strong project management and client leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

Drive the adoption of digital payment solutions such as contactless, QR codes, tokenization, and embedded payments.

Develop and execute digital payment transformation strategies aligned with client goals.

Analyze existing payment infrastructures to identify gaps and propose frictionless digital payment experiences.

Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative payment technologies, including real-time payments, open banking, and BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later).

Partner with banks, PSPs (Payment Service Providers), and fintech companies to enhance payment acceptance and security.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Design customer-centric payment experiences to increase adoption and retention rates.

Monitor payment industry trends and leverage technologies like AI, blockchain, and data analytics for smarter solutions.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
Skills Required:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, risk management, and technology departments.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to payments.

In-depth knowledge of banking and payments, including issuing and acquiring businesses, credit cards, prepaid cards, wallets, and retail banking.

High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.

Excellent client leadership skills, capable of building trust and maintaining client commitment.

5+ years of experience in payment consulting, fintech, or banking.

Deep knowledge of payment processing, gateways, fraud prevention, and settlement processes.

Hands-on experience with mobile payments, open banking, and embedded finance solutions.

Familiarity with AI, blockchain, and data-driven payment solutions.

Strong project management experience.
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in payment consulting, fintech, or banking.

Strong functional knowledge of digital payments, project management, and payment systems.
