The Senior Manager – Partner Relations at Refine Development Management plays a crucial role in managing broker networks, driving strategic engagement, and overseeing the daily operations of the Partner Relations team. This position involves strategic planning, team leadership, and execution to maximize broker-led deal flow. The role requires a commercially driven professional with a strong real estate broker network and expertise in sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with top-tier and emerging real estate brokers in Dubai.

• Engagement Strategies: Implement engagement strategies, including outreach, exclusives, and performance tracking.

• Team Leadership: Assist in team planning, mentor junior team members, and manage daily operations, including CRM management and broker follow-ups.

• Training & Events: Organize and conduct broker training sessions, roadshows, and VIP activations to keep brokers updated on new projects and campaigns.

• Collaboration: Work with Sales and Marketing teams to convert broker-led leads and track performance for continuous improvement.

• Standardization: Develop templates to streamline communication and track broker engagement strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in broker relations, sales enablement, or real estate partnerships in Dubai.

• Network: Established network within Dubai’s brokerage community.

• Skills: Proven experience in team management, event planning, and CRM systems (Salesforce).

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
