Publicis Media is seeking a Senior Manager – Influencer Partnerships to lead content campaigns and influencer collaborations across multi-market portfolios. The role requires end-to-end management of influencer marketing campaigns, building strong client and influencer relationships, and delivering strategic, innovative, and measurable content solutions. The position is hybrid and focuses on mentoring team members while driving creative and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop influencer marketing campaigns based on audience, market, and business insights.

• Create KPI frameworks aligned with client business goals.

• Manage campaigns from initial planning through post-campaign reporting, including content creation and activation.

• Build multi-market influencer and content partnerships with strategic evaluation of publishers and proposals.

• Negotiate program budgets and ensure campaign profitability.

• Ensure compliance with finance processes, client billing, and supplier payments.

• Lead, mentor, and prioritize tasks for team members, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

• Challenge media partners and influencers to deliver innovative solutions and creative ideas.

• Support new business pitches with research and strategic recommendations.

• Build succession plans and mentor future talent within the team.

Requirements:

• 7–9 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment.

• Strong network of influencer contacts.

• Fluent in Arabic.

• Experience managing and mentoring a team.

• Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
