GEMS Education is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Events to oversee all aspects of event management, including strategic planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation. The role will play a key part in enhancing the company’s brand, fostering community engagement, and supporting academic and non-academic initiatives through impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with company goals.

Plan and manage high-profile events, including school openings, VIP networking, and showcase events.

Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, and other stakeholders for seamless event execution.

Handle budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective event management.

Oversee event logistics, vendor negotiations, risk management, and compliance.

Lead event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

15+ years of experience in Event Management or a related field.

Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale events for diverse audiences.
-
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to travel as needed for event execution.
