BEEAH Group, a pioneer in sustainable and smart future solutions, is hiring a Senior Manager – ERP to join its Innovation & Technology team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will lead the management and enhancement of the SAP ERP system across various corporate functions including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations. This role demands expertise in ERP systems, cross-functional collaboration, and project management to support strategic digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of the SAP ERP system

• Lead and deliver ERP-related projects including implementation, integration, and migration

• Collaborate with multiple departments to optimize business processes via ERP functionalities

• Ensure ERP processes comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and data integrity

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align ERP capabilities with business needs

• Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership for strategic decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields

• Advanced certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate, PMP, or PRINCE2 preferred

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP modules: S/4HANA, FICO, MM, PM, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba

• Proven experience in ERP implementations within corporate, plant, waste, or real estate sectors

• Strong leadership and team management across multi-unit ERP projects

• Comprehensive understanding of finance, HR, supply chain, and operational business processes

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
