The Senior Manager – Emerging Technologies at DMCC will lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies like AI, blockchain, IoT, and more, to drive innovation and enhance the organization’s digital capabilities. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to translate emerging tech trends into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for emerging technologies aligned with DMCC’s business goals.

Technology Adoption: Lead the exploration and adoption of technologies like AI, blockchain, Metaverse, and Digital Twins.

Research & Feasibility: Conduct studies and develop business cases to demonstrate the value of emerging technologies.

Pilot Projects: Oversee the implementation and evaluation of pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven innovations.

Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with tech vendors and industry partners.

Leadership: Provide guidance to a team of technology specialists and foster a culture of innovation.

Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics, track progress, and report on the impact of emerging technology initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focused on emerging technologies.
