The Senior Manager E-commerce at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons will lead the digital commerce strategy, aligning it with the company’s goals and luxury market standards. The role involves creating a seamless omnichannel experience, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and ensuring superior customer experience. You will drive e-commerce growth while maintaining brand exclusivity and excellence, managing platforms, inventory, sales, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, aligned with the brand’s goals and organizational vision

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Omnichannel, ICT, Marketing) to optimize platforms, technologies, and customer experiences

Manage inventory, ensuring accurate product data and seamless stock levels across all channels

Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory, and improve performance
-
Lead digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media) to drive traffic and conversions

Oversee e-commerce P&L, establishing revenue, margin, and profitability targets

Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering innovation and collaboration

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory e-commerce requirements
Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree preferred

5+ years of experience in e-commerce within the luxury industry (watch/jewelry experience is a plus)

Expertise in order management systems, product management, and analytics software

Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proven ability to manage financial performance and operational efficiencies

Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce sales, and inventory management
