Modon International Real Estate (MIRE) is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital & Technology to lead its digital transformation initiatives and optimize technological processes across the organization. The role involves overseeing IT projects, fostering innovation, driving automation, and ensuring alignment with MIRE’s strategic business goals. The selected candidate will work closely with shared IT service functions including Cybersecurity, Data & AI, IT Governance, and Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align digital and technology strategies with MIRE’s long-term goals.

• Plan and manage the delivery of IT projects (ERP, CRM, AutoDesk Construction Cloud).

• Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Serve as the liaison between MIRE and the Digital & Technology team.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

• Identify technology risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Promote adoption of innovative technology solutions across MIRE.

• Collaborate with IT shared service functions to meet business technology needs.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance and ROI of implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CBAP are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with 3–5 years in a business partner or strategic IT leadership position.
