Publicis Groupe Middle East is looking for a Senior Manager – Content to oversee and deliver on marketing strategies across various creative and social channels. The role involves managing campaigns, content production, and collaborating closely with internal teams to create compelling content aligned with the brand’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media marketing, account management, and creative direction, contributing to a brand’s transformation through digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery and activation of marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

Lead creative initiatives across content, social media, and integrated marketing.

Supervise content creation, working with writers and designers to meet established brand guidelines.

Develop and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Lead cross-functional teams to manage complex launch strategies targeting multiple markets and objectives.

Monitor social platforms to ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned with consumer sentiment.

Manage budgets and shift resources dynamically for optimal business outcomes.

Analyze performance metrics and make adjustments to campaigns for growth opportunities.

Work closely with Business Director and other departments (e.g., Data Science, CRM) to integrate content into all communications.

Oversee the development of community management strategies and respond to crises effectively using social listening tools.
What You Need to Be Successful:

7+ years of experience in social media marketing, account management, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing social media channels on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.

Strong ability to create engaging content and use social media tools for performance monitoring.

Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of social media managers.
