Senior Manager – Business Excellence
Greenfix Property Care Dubai , UAE

Greenfix Property Care is hiring a Senior Manager – Business Excellence to lead transformation initiatives, implement governance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across real estate functions. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai is part of the Transformation & Business Excellence team and reports directly to the Executive Director.

The successful candidate will work closely with business units to implement policies, processes, and performance-enhancing frameworks throughout the real estate value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policies, Processes & DOA:

    • Design and document end-to-end processes across real estate functions.

    • Lead rollout of AFRE value chain from planning through asset management.

    • Establish and update company-wide policies and Delegation of Authority frameworks.

    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

    • Implement technology solutions to automate and monitor compliance.

  • Transformation & Change Management:

    • Execute strategic transformation initiatives with business leaders.

    • Identify opportunities for improvement via system and process analysis.

    • Drive adoption of digital tools and workflows.

    • Support business units with change management and capability-building.

  • Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement:

    • Embed continuous improvement principles into day-to-day operations.

    • Implement process optimization and customer experience best practices.

    • Coordinate with internal assurance teams to maintain governance health.

    • Develop governance templates, playbooks, and roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of governance and risk management

    • Proven cross-functional leadership and program execution

    • Process mapping and analytical capabilities

    • Effective change management and stakeholder engagement

    • Proficient in digital tools for tracking, reporting, and automation

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline

    • Certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI, PMP

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 12 years in transformation, process excellence, or governance roles

    • Strong background in real estate development and construction environments

    • Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
