Role Overview
As a Senior Manager – Client Success & Product Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement, driving product adoption, and optimizing performance across Visa’s portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate product success, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless client experience.
This role is ideal for a payments industry expert with a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Success & Product Adoption

Accelerate product adoption by identifying optimization opportunities and strategic activation initiatives.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales & Product teams.

Provide consultative expertise to optimize client performance and enhance the Visa product experience.

Own the product lifecycle post-activation, ensuring continuous enhancement and adoption.
🔹 Strategic Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Client Services, Product, and Sales teams.

Lead operational reviews, gathering insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Identify and address client pain points, delivering customized solutions that align with their strategic goals.
🔹 Performance Optimization & Market Intelligence

Monitor and analyze product performance data, making recommendations to improve adoption and efficiency.

Provide feedback to Global Product teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and market needs, applying insights to enhance Visa’s product strategy.
🔹 Operational Excellence & Digital Enablement

Support the implementation of new Visa products, ensuring fast time-to-value and seamless integration.

Advocate for self-service tools and automation, enabling clients to maximize their Visa product experience.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, staying updated on the latest technologies and solutions in digital payments.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with a deep understanding of card operations and digital payment solutions.

Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving product success.
