Job Title: Senior Linux Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Linux Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to support the planning, deployment, and maintenance of server hardware, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT environments. This role will be instrumental in designing infrastructure, implementing automation, collaborating with developers, and supporting critical IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and deploying system hardware architecture, including servers, storage, and infrastructure planning.

• Manage daily server maintenance, updates, backups, and troubleshooting.

• Work with developers and QA teams to configure environments, debug issues, and support business applications.

• Perform server organization, system monitoring, and log analysis using tools like Grafana and ELK.

• Research new technologies for operations and propose scalable maintenance solutions.

• Develop and execute scripts (Bash, Python) for automating routine tasks.

• Configure and maintain services like Nginx, WebLogic, Jenkins, Redis, and Squid.

• Support cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Maintain Windows/Linux servers and enforce security best practices.

• Manage virtual infrastructure using VMWare vSphere.

• Support internal IT systems including Exchange, Active Directory, and Jira.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Linux systems administration.

• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, Nginx, Jenkins, and server troubleshooting.

• Scripting proficiency in Shell or Python.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation tools is a plus.

• Strong diagnostic and system-level troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent self-learning ability, with willingness to work on-call as needed.
