Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager – Aviation & Aerospace
Job Description:
Safran is a global leader in aviation and aerospace, driving innovation across multiple sectors including Aerosystems, Cabin Group, Seats Group, and Landing Systems. We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with key airlines and lessors while supporting business growth and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships between Safran leadership and key airline partners.

Business Strategy & Growth: Support sales and marketing plans, identify new opportunities, and drive business development.

Sales & Negotiation: Contribute to RFQs, tenders, and bundled proposals that align with financial and operational feasibility.

Customer Engagement: Organize periodic business reviews, product demonstrations, and industry events to showcase Safran’s solutions.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track fleet data, sales opportunities, and competitor positioning to inform strategic decision-making.

Trade Compliance & Financial Management: Ensure adherence to compliance standards and support accounts receivable efforts.
Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in engaging commercial airlines in product development or sales.

Experience within the aircraft interiors segment is preferred.

Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and achieve business growth.

Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.

Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.

Strong digital marketing and sales application knowledge.
