Converge is seeking a Senior IT Manager, Healthcare to oversee and manage all regional IT operations across the UAE. This senior-level, full-time role requires expertise in managing healthcare IT systems such as LIS (Laboratory Information Systems) and HIS (Hospital Information Systems), as well as leading projects related to patient experience, data analytics, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience, particularly in healthcare or related sectors, and possess strong technical and strategic acumen.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage regional IT operations in line with global technology standards and local business needs

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of LIS and HIS systems for seamless clinical workflows

Administer ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support business integration

Enhance digital patient experiences through platforms such as mobile apps and online portals
-
Use data analytics to drive business insights and performance monitoring
-
Oversee IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and cybersecurity
-
Drive innovation through AI and automation technologies to improve service delivery
-
Lead end-to-end project management, from business case development to post-implementation review
-
Manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery
-
Build and lead a high-performing IT team with a culture of accountability and collaboration

Act as a hands-on leader, involved in both operational problem-solving and high-level strategy
Qualifications & Experience:
-
10+ years of IT leadership experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or FMCG sectors
-
Expertise in managing LIS/HIS systems and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365)

Experience with patient experience technologies such as apps, portals, and digital touchpoints
-
Ability to leverage data analytics for business insights and operational performance

Proven experience in AI and automation for improving service delivery and operational efficiency

Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach
