Deloitte is hiring a Senior – IT Audit professional to join its Audit & Assurance team in Dubai. This position plays a crucial role in supporting financial audit teams through IT risk assessments, testing controls, and ensuring data integrity. You will collaborate with clients in industries such as Financial Services and Telecommunications, driving trust and compliance through deep technology audit expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with financial audit teams to understand business processes and identify IT audit scope.

• Plan and communicate the IT audit approach, budget, and timelines to management.

• Execute IT audit fieldwork including:

  • Testing of automated/application controls

  • General IT controls (GITCs)

  • System-generated reports

  • Interface controls

• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation procedures.

• Report findings to senior management and client stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement.

• Manage multiple projects across various industries while maintaining Deloitte’s quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Computing, or MIS.

• CISA or related certification (preferred).

• 6+ years experience in IT Audit within a professional services firm or in financial/telecom industries.

• Strong knowledge of auditing techniques and computer control environments.

• Proficient in evaluating application, OS, and database-level controls.

• Ability to assess automated application controls and related business processes.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication, research, and project management skills.

• Willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
