Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior IT Associate to support a growing Dubai-based retail enterprise with a diverse portfolio of luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

This role focuses on L2/L3 end-user support, retail IT infrastructure, and multi-store network operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting POS systems, retail networks, and store IT environments across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 end-user support to retail stores and corporate office users

• Support retail systems and POS environments, including hardware and basic application troubleshooting

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks across stores and offices

• Configure and support firewalls, routers, switches, and coordinate with ISPs as required

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals

• Assist with new store openings, IT rollouts, system upgrades, and relocations

• Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT issues in retail operations

• Maintain documentation, asset records, and standard operating procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Indian nationals aged 35 years or below

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, end-user support, or retail IT environments

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, POS hardware, and desktop support

• Proven experience supporting multi-store retail operations

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
