🎯 Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead / Senior Interior Designer to take charge of the full interior design lifecycle—from concept to completion. You will be responsible for creating compelling design solutions, leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring the seamless integration of interior designs with architectural intent and client vision.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead and manage interior design from concept development through detailed design and on-site execution.

• Concept Development: Create and present compelling, functional, and visually stunning design concepts aligned with project goals.

• Design Documentation: Develop mood boards, material palettes, space plans, and full design packages for client and stakeholder review.

• Coordination: Work closely with architectural teams, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure design cohesion and accurate execution.

• Material & FF&E Selection: Specify appropriate finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories within budget and performance requirements.

• Technical Oversight: Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and mockups to ensure compliance with design intent.

• Site Supervision: Oversee site implementation to maintain design integrity, material quality, and installation precision.

• Client Engagement: Lead presentations and meetings, articulating design ideas clearly and incorporating client feedback effectively.

• Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior designers and draftsmen, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards are met.

• Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of global interior design trends, sustainable practices, and innovations in materials.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience: 10–15 years of professional experience in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial interior design.

• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, technical skills, and completed built projects.

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; 3D rendering tools are a plus.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE building codes, local authority regulations, and best design practices.

• Soft Skills:
