About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a well-established Dubai-based design studio recognised for strong leadership, excellent staff retention, and a clear international growth strategy.

The studio operates within a defined niche, delivering purposeful, commercially sound projects that are highly regarded within their sector. They are seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused Senior Interior Designer who is confident leading projects from initial briefing through to construction and handover.

This role suits someone who takes ownership beyond concept design and is committed to protecting design quality through every stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver interior design projects across all stages, from briefing and concept development to detailed design, construction, and handover

• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth execution

• Manage internal design teams and mentor junior team members

• Produce, review, and oversee technical documentation to maintain high design standards

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships

• Work within established studio systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• Utilise Revit (training available for the right candidate) to support project delivery

Candidate Profile

You are an Interior Designer or Interior Architect who is genuinely comfortable delivering projects end-to-end. You understand how ideas evolve from briefing to construction and take responsibility for ensuring quality and coordination at every stage.

You value clarity, structure, and good process. You thrive in studios that invest in their people, prioritise long-term growth, and care deeply about delivering meaningful work properly.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering interior design projects across all stages

• Strong technical knowledge of detailing, coordination, and construction processes

• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality

• Confidence engaging with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Background in workplace design or another transferable design sector

• Interest in long-term growth within an expanding international studio

• Revit experience highly beneficial
