ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Officer to supervise the implementation of insurance policies and procedures. The role involves managing insurance claims, asset valuation, risk management, and coordinating with ADNOC Corporate Insurance Division to ensure the smooth operation of insurance processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review insurance claims documentation and adequacy of insurance clauses in contracts.

• Evaluate and verify premium calculations and match them with the policy conditions.

• Perform asset valuation reviews and ensure consistency with asset registers.

• Lodge insurance claims with the insurance companies and participate in claims negotiations.

• Oversee the preparation of annual insurance budgets and management circulars.

• Coordinate insurance tenders, ensuring alignment with procurement processes.

• Organize workshops to raise insurance awareness across the company.

• Ensure compliance with UAE, ADNOC, and international insurance regulations and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in insurance and claims activities, preferably within the petroleum or industrial sector.

• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, risk management, and claims settlements.

• Proficient in English and computer literacy (including spreadsheets, databases, and report generation).

• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage internal and external relations.
