Emirates NBD is hiring a Senior Insights Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization. This full-time role will involve collaborating with various business units to gather and analyze data, delivering actionable insights through clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and be proficient in SQL, SAS, Python, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and key business questions.

• Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL, SAS, and Python.

• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality.

• Present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Drive insights to enhance business strategies and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in BI and data analytics or related fields.

• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Python for data extraction and analysis.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Advanced knowledge in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

• Familiarity with Retail Credit Operations, Call Center Operations, and Financial Remediation is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and foster relationships.
