Hintel Middle East, representing a prestigious UAE-based family group with a diversified business portfolio, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and modernize its HR function. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with experience in Tier 1 organizations and a strong grasp of international HR practices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the group’s HR operations across multiple business entities.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention.
- Design and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with global best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to cultivate a people-first, performance-driven culture.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
- Mentor and develop the internal HR team, enhancing capability and structure.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of HR management experience, with recent tenure in Dubai.
- Background in large Tier 1 organizations (corporate or multinational).
- Western-educated or international HR exposure strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead both strategic and operational HR functions.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and change management skills.
