This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with experience in Tier 1 organizations and a strong grasp of international HR practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize the group’s HR operations across multiple business entities.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention.
• Design and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with global best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to cultivate a people-first, performance-driven culture.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of HR management experience, with recent tenure in Dubai.
• Background in large Tier 1 organizations (corporate or multinational).
