Job Title: Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager
Job Description:
MAKAN / Kurtains is on a mission to redefine the home furnishing experience across the Middle East. We’re looking for a highly skilled and growth-oriented Senior Acquisition Manager to join forces with our Co-CEO, Youssef, and take full ownership of our customer acquisition strategy across multiple verticals.
In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, converting leads, and maximizing customer lifetime value through full-funnel optimization and innovative growth initiatives. From paid media and SEO to email marketing and referrals, you’ll manage, experiment, and scale every acquisition channel—while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer journey.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition Strategy: Design, implement, and evolve customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals

Channel Ownership: Lead and optimize key acquisition channels including paid search (Google Ads), Meta Ads, email campaigns, SEO, referral programs, and more

Growth Innovation: Identify non-traditional growth hacks and untapped opportunities to expand reach and increase lead generation

Agency & Freelancer Oversight: Manage external performance marketing and SEO partners to ensure high-impact execution

Funnel Optimization: Own and optimize the full customer journey from acquisition to retention, improving conversion and engagement at every step

Brand Alignment: Collaborate with Brand & Marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and a consistent, high-impact brand experience

Cross-Selling Initiatives: Build strategies that enable seamless cross-selling between MAKAN, Kurtains, and upcoming verticals

Data-Driven Performance: Analyze KPIs like CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI to guide decisions and enhance acquisition effectiveness

Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with Youssef and cross-functional stakeholders to execute on unified growth goals and high-level strategy
🧠 Requirements:

5+ years in digital acquisition, growth marketing, or similar roles within high-growth B2C startups or e-commerce companies

Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email automation tools

Proven ability to scale acquisition channels and manage full-funnel performance

Growth hacker mindset—creative, analytical, experimental, and results-driven

Strong understanding of cross-vertical models, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing

Data-centric thinker with experience in analyzing marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, CR, ROI)

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
