AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Graphics Coordinator to join its Dubai team. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating visually engaging reports, presentations, and design materials that communicate complex engineering and architectural concepts effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and visuals for both internal and external audiences.

• Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.

• Develop creative layouts, infographics, and visual materials to communicate complex technical concepts.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other design disciplines to ensure visual consistency and quality.

• Maintain brand identity across all materials and ensure compliance with AtkinsRéalis’ BMS and procedures.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and creative output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of proven graphic design experience, preferably within a design or engineering consultancy.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Strong eye for typography, layout, color harmony, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and self-review work for accuracy.

• Experience with SketchUp, Autodesk Suite, or map/plan generation in Illustrator or Photoshop is advantageous.

• Branding and visual identity experience is an added advantage.
