About the Role

NIP Realty is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market to lead high-impact visual storytelling across property, brand, and digital marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands luxury real estate aesthetics, fast-paced brokerage environments, and how to translate marketing strategies into visually powerful design assets. You will collaborate closely with brokers, marketers, photographers, videographers, and developers to elevate NIP Realty’s brand and property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Creative Direction

• Develop, maintain, and evolve NIP Realty’s brand identity across all platforms

• Lead creative direction for property launches, developer campaigns, and corporate branding initiatives

Real Estate Marketing Design

• Design brochures, floor plans, property presentations, hoardings, billboards, signage, and print collateral

• Create high-quality social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Produce listing visuals, agent marketing materials, and property promotional kits

• Enhance property renders, photographs, and video thumbnails to premium standards

Digital & Advertising

• Design digital campaigns for lead generation and performance marketing

• Create visuals for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and property portals

• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with the marketing manager, agents, and leadership team

• Provide art direction for photoshoots and video production

• Manage multiple projects with tight timelines and quick turnarounds

• Coordinate with printers, signage vendors, and production partners to ensure flawless execution

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Minimum 4 years of UAE real estate design experience (brokerage or developer)

• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury real estate branding and Dubai-style marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop – expert level

• Adobe Illustrator – expert level

• Adobe InDesign – strong proficiency

• After Effects and/or Premiere Pro – motion graphics and video editing

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX or Figma is an advantage

• Experience working with architectural visuals, floor plans, and property renders
