KEO International Consultants, a globally recognized design and engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical & Structural Engineer to join its dynamic team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical design for various civil and structural projects, including retaining walls, bridge and culvert foundations, pile foundations, and shoring systems.

• Plan and oversee geotechnical investigations, including budgeting, scheduling, and data interpretation.

• Prepare comprehensive feasibility and geotechnical interpretative reports.

• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines with minimal supervision.

• Maintain compliance with international and local design and safety standards.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.

• Review design drawings, calculations, and reports to ensure technical accuracy.

• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to provide geotechnical expertise.

• Support proposal development and assist in obtaining necessary design approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a consultancy environment.

• Proven experience in geotechnical design and construction supervision for complex civil infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
