About the Role
KEO International Consultants, a globally recognized design and engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical & Structural Engineer to join its dynamic team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

Conduct geotechnical design for various civil and structural projects, including retaining walls, bridge and culvert foundations, pile foundations, and shoring systems.

Plan and oversee geotechnical investigations, including budgeting, scheduling, and data interpretation.

Prepare comprehensive feasibility and geotechnical interpretative reports.

Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines with minimal supervision.

Maintain compliance with international and local design and safety standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.

Review design drawings, calculations, and reports to ensure technical accuracy.

Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to provide geotechnical expertise.

Support proposal development and assist in obtaining necessary design approvals.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a consultancy environment.

Proven experience in geotechnical design and construction supervision for complex civil infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis tools.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
