Sundus, a leading recruitment and outsourcing company, is hiring a Senior Functional Consultant – EAM on behalf of a prominent government entity in Abu Dhabi. This is a one-year extendable contract position for a highly experienced SAP EAM/PM professional. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of hands-on experience with full-cycle implementations of SAP Enterprise Asset Management or Plant Maintenance modules. This role requires deep knowledge of business processes, strong configuration and integration capabilities, and familiarity with tools like SAP Asset Manager and Esri ArcGIS.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP EAM/PM functional activities across multiple projects.

• Perform system configuration for EAM modules and deliver high-quality business solutions.

• Handle master data management and migration from legacy or acquired systems.

• Provide guidance on best practices for SAP Plant Maintenance processes and their implementation.

• Integrate SAP EAM with Esri ArcGIS and other external systems as required.

• Ensure successful deployment of Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) and SAP Asset Manager for mobility.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Participate in workshops, documentation, testing, training, and go-live support activities.

• Deliver project milestones in accordance with timelines and quality expectations.

Skills Required:

• In-depth SAP EAM/PM functional and technical configuration knowledge.

• Strong understanding of master data objects and data migration strategies.

• Advanced knowledge of business processes in Plant Maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) and SAP Asset Manager.

• Experience integrating SAP EAM with Esri ArcGIS is essential.

• Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A post-graduate degree in Management is a plus.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including multiple full lifecycle SAP EAM/PM implementations.
