Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Senior Financial Analyst to lead and manage financial operations within our Real Estate (Residential/Commercial) and Malls sectors, including Dubai Festival City. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial reporting skills, analytical expertise, and experience in revenue accounting and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly accounting closures related to revenue, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet management

• Substantiate all balance sheets monthly with appropriate schedules, reconciliations, and approvals

• Collaborate with business units to prepare budgets and forecasts, ensuring the accuracy of key assumptions

• Conduct budget reforecasting during quarterly reviews and recommend adjustments based on current market dynamics

• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including reporting automation and process optimization

• Work closely with the Residential, Commercial, and Malls Finance teams to evaluate all financial aspects of operating assets

• Consolidate revenue data and prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple real estate entities for strategic reporting

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting systems (SAP, BPC, YARDI preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query tools is highly desirable

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACCA, CMA, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and management accounting

• Previous experience in real estate or mall accounting is preferred

• Experience in financial planning, analysis, and budget control
