About the Role
We are seeking two Senior Finance Managers to join a leading Dubai-based property development company specializing in high-rise residential projects. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, treasury operations, compliance, and strategic planning, ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and auditing standards.

• Guide the finance team in tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage daily cash flows, maintain liquidity, and forecast future cash requirements.

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory to optimize working capital.

• Research and implement cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements.

• Handle credit lines, guarantees, and assess the creditworthiness of clients and partners.

• Manage Escrow accounts in line with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar role in real estate development or brokerage.

• CPA certification preferred.

• Expertise in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP, and payment platforms.

• Proficient in MS Office and financial software such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite.

• Strong background in FP&A, treasury, budgeting, costing, selling price analysis, and taxation.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
