Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a prestigious property development company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance within the real estate sector, with in-depth knowledge of UAE taxation, treasury operations, and financial compliance.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to AED 30,000 (all-inclusive), based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and auditing regulations

• Guide the finance team on tax filings, audits, and all regulatory reporting requirements

• Monitor daily cash flows and ensure availability of liquid assets to meet short-term liabilities

• Forecast cash requirements and optimize cash balances across various accounts

• Analyze economic trends, revenue opportunities, and internal processes for cost reduction and process optimization

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory to ensure efficient working capital management

• Manage credit lines, bank guarantees, and evaluate the creditworthiness of clients and partners to mitigate financial risk

• Handle Escrow accounts as per Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, including account openings and fund releases

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 50 years or below

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Finance Manager or related finance leadership role in real estate development or brokerage

• CPA certification is a strong advantage

• Proficiency in modern treasury tools and systems such as TMS, ERP platforms, and payment systems

• Strong command of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite)

• Solid understanding of UAE corporate financial law and risk management practices
