Job Title: Senior Finance & Controllership Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance & Controllership Manager to oversee financial reporting and management accounting for our Middle East distribution operations. This position will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, operational alignment, and compliance with international accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive finance experience (particularly in the F&B sector), and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic business environment.
Position Summary:
The role is responsible for driving financial strategy, controlling financial transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the general ledger in alignment with business objectives. It requires close coordination with operational teams and executive leadership to ensure data accuracy and optimal financial decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

CA, CPA, CIMA, or ACCA certified (or equivalent qualifications in Finance/Accounting)

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Finance
-
2–5 years of experience in the F&B industry

Proficient in Oracle ERP and experienced in a multinational business environment (3–5 years)

Strong command of advanced Excel and financial modeling
-
Hands-on experience with FP&A (MIS, budgeting, variance analysis)

Knowledge of US GAAP, IAS, SAS is a plus

Demonstrated experience managing teams under pressure

Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

High-level communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
-
Proven stakeholder management, including C-suite interaction

Commercial understanding of UAE and Middle East/GCC practices

Willingness to travel occasionally
