Chalhoub Group is looking for a passionate and client-focused Senior Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional luxury experiences while driving sales performance across its retail portfolio. This role is suited to an experienced luxury retail professional who excels in clientelling, CRM-driven selling, and omni-channel engagement, and who leads by example on the shop floor.
As a Senior Fashion Consultant, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, strengthening long-term client relationships, and supporting customer experience initiatives that reflect the Group’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while delivering an elevated guest experience

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service and omni-channel engagement

Collect and analyze customer insights, including buying behavior, top sellers, and slow movers, to support business reviews

Provide pre-buying feedback on product selection based on customer demand and market trends

Actively contribute to CRM, clientelling, and loyalty initiatives, ensuring accurate data capture and follow-up

Promote and enroll customers in the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on digital and app offerings

Ensure strict adherence to VM guidelines, brand standards, and store SOPs

Support click-and-collect operations, ensuring SLAs are consistently met

Drive sell-through and stock efficiency within the store

Support in-store marketing events, activations, and brand campaigns
-
Stay informed on brand social media activity, launches, and seasonal campaigns

Contribute insights on store performance, highlighting opportunities for improvement

Support customer experience (CX) initiatives and drive strong eNPS results through service excellence
What You’ll Need to Succeed

2+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail

Strong command of English, with Russian or Arabic language skills highly preferred

Proven experience in CRM systems, clientelling, customer journeys, and KPI-driven sales

Strong understanding of luxury service standards and personalized customer engagement

Confident, polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Results-driven mindset with a passion for fashion, brands, and customer experience
