DMCC is seeking a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition & Emiratisation to support the Talent Acquisition and Emiratisation strategy. This role involves collaborating with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and implement Emiratisation initiatives. The position requires working closely with business unit heads to meet manpower needs and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Manager in preparing and reviewing the annual Resource Plan with business unit heads.

• Manage the organizational chart to reflect talent mobility and ensure job descriptions align with structure updates.

• Identify, assess, and source talent both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with the resourcing plan.

• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews for junior to middle management roles.

• Utilize selection tools (competency, psychometric) for candidate assessment.

• Advise candidates on salary, benefits, and corporate environment.

• Coordinate the pre-employment checklist and contracts for successful candidates.

• Support the Senior Manager in implementing and enhancing the Emiratisation strategy by attracting Emirati candidates for vacant positions.

• Implement and enhance processes and procedures for talent acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in sourcing, headhunting, and using Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Knowledge of UAE labour law and employment regulations.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

• Experience with recruitment dashboards and social networking platforms.
