Avrioc Technologies is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment for key technical and leadership roles across the organization. This role involves sourcing, evaluating candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, aiming to build a skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with company growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Identify, engage, and attract candidates through various sourcing channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical positions.

  • Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct screenings, technical interviews, and collaborate with technical teams for in-depth evaluations.

  • Communication and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Represent company values to potential hires.

  • Analytical and Results-Driven Approach: Use recruitment metrics to evaluate strategies and implement process improvements.

  • Organizational and Administrative Skills: Manage recruitment operations efficiently, including scheduling, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in the UAE

  • Strong knowledge of technical roles (software development, IT, engineering)

  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to assess technical skills and conduct effective interviews

  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations

Skills:

  • Proven experience sourcing candidates for technical roles

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
