Emirates is hiring a Senior Executive Secretary – Engineering to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Engineering Department. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a highly organized and experienced professional who can manage confidential tasks, coordinate department operations, and serve as a reliable point of contact between managers and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative functions for the Engineering Department, ensuring smooth operations.

Provide full secretarial services to the Manager, including handling routine paperwork and correspondence.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
-
Screen incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring efficient communication and information flow.

Supervise a departmental assistant, assign work, and oversee completion.

Handle departmental budgeting, invoicing, and payments.
-
Manage office equipment, assets, and procurement of replacements when necessary.

Undertake research and special projects as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial capacity supporting senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+3 education).

Secretarial qualification or diploma required; shorthand/speedwriting is an advantage.

Strong command of MS Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and time management.
