Role Overview
We are recruiting an outstanding Senior Executive & Personal Assistant to support a highly respected UHNW Principal and his family as he continues to expand his international business interests and further develop his family office structure.
This is a rare and demanding role suited to an experienced, highly adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-moving, high-trust environment. You will be deeply embedded in both the business and personal affairs of the Principal, acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support

Act as the primary gatekeeper to the CEO, managing an exceptionally structured and high-pressure diary

Provide seamless support across international operations, ensuring the Principal is always fully briefed and prepared

Coordinate complex global travel, producing detailed itineraries, briefing packs, and reports

Prepare high-quality presentations and documents at short notice
-
Attend and support senior-level meetings with board members, corporate and investment banks, legal advisors, and key stakeholders
-
Liaise with internal teams, strategic partners, and external advisors to ensure effective use of executive time

Anticipate challenges and resolve issues swiftly, calmly, and discreetly
Personal & Family Support

Provide comprehensive personal support to the Principal and his young family

Oversee household staff and manage day-to-day domestic operations

Support property management in the UAE and internationally
-
Conduct research and coordination for family travel, holidays, and lifestyle requirements

Assist with personal shopping, events, and ad hoc projects as required
Candidate Profile

Proven experience supporting an international CEO, UHNW Principal, or Family Office at senior level
-
Demonstrated ability to transition seamlessly between corporate and personal support
-
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of complex business environments

Exceptionally organised with sound judgement and the ability to operate under pressure

Native-level English; additional languages advantageous

Bachelor’s degree from a recognised, well-regarded university

High levels of discretion, loyalty, and emotional intelligence

Resilient, flexible, and solutions-focused with a proactive mindset

A sense of humour and a “whatever it takes” attitude
