Role Overview
Chalhoub Group is seeking a results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across GCC markets, particularly the UAE and KSA. This role focuses on scaling e-commerce growth through data-driven strategies, campaign experimentation, and performance optimization across digital advertising platforms.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing and E-commerce teams to drive revenue, improve conversion metrics, and enhance customer acquisition through highly targeted, insight-led marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging platforms.

Manage full-funnel performance marketing activities including acquisition, retargeting, and retention.

Continuously refine bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to achieve ROAS, CPA, and conversion targets.

Adapt global campaigns to resonate with Arabic-speaking audiences while maintaining brand identity.
Analytics, Tracking & Optimization

Implement robust tagging, attribution, and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.

Use analytics platforms to identify funnel inefficiencies and growth opportunities.

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize engagement and sales.

Translate campaign data into actionable insights and scalable strategies.
E-commerce Collaboration

Partner with E-commerce teams to align marketing efforts with revenue, AOV, and conversion objectives.

Support culturally relevant campaigns around key regional moments such as Ramadan, Eid, and National Days.

Monitor creative and messaging performance across languages and markets.
Budget & Agency Management

Manage media budgets responsibly, ensuring efficient allocation based on performance trends.

Coordinate with external agencies to ensure accurate execution, tracking implementation, and data quality.

Provide data-backed recommendations to address underperformance and unlock new opportunities.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Produce weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting insights, trends, and optimization plans.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to refine customer journeys and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated on digital marketing innovations, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles.

Strong expertise in paid search and social advertising platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Proven experience managing campaigns within an e-commerce or retail environment.

Advanced analytical skills with experience using GA4 or similar reporting tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for measurable ROI.

Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to campaign execution and reporting.

Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors is advantageous.

Arabic language proficiency is required.
