Starcom Middle East is seeking a Senior Executive – Media to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time role involves leading both online and offline media planning for a diverse client portfolio that includes Retail, Tech, and FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate will be a media-savvy professional with 3–4 years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of offline media planning and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute efficient online and offline media plans.

Manage and report campaign results with precision and insight.

Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, discussions, and collaborative planning.

Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with client goals and internal teams.

Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

3–4 years of experience in media planning or a similar role.

Strong command of offline media planning processes.

Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Familiarity with media tools such as Statex, Zplan, Excel, Navision (or similar), DV360 Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Snapchat for Business, and TikTok for Business.
