Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) is seeking a Senior Executive – Customer Engagement to enhance the customer experience across its diverse portfolio of prestigious communities. The role focuses on digital strategy, customer journey optimization, and CRM development to deliver world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement a holistic digital strategy to enhance customer interactions

Optimize the customer journey by identifying opportunities for agile customer interactions

Leverage CRM strategies and digital assets to improve key customer interactions

Analyze customer experience to drive repeat-customer behavior

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the voice of the customer

Develop performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track success

Manage complaint resolution and implement feedback systems

Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across customer service processes
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or related field

2-4 years of experience in a similar role

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant systems (e.g., Oracle)

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking
