Publicis Middle East, part of the globally recognized Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Executive – Communications and Project Management to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time role involves supporting the account management team to deliver cross-disciplinary communications campaigns for a multinational brand. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between creative, strategic, media, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, resourcing, execution, and delivery across creative, strategy, content, media, and production verticals.

Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate project teams of varying sizes.

Ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are met according to quality standards.

Use project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello) to track timelines and progress.

Manage campaign budgets and reporting, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
-
Proactively troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
-
Support in developing policies and procedures that enhance operational performance.

Facilitate project-related meetings and encourage collaboration and communication among team members.

Evaluate completed projects and contribute to post-project reviews to assess success and areas for improvement.
Skills Required:

Proven experience in project management within a communications or creative agency.

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management platforms.

Ability to effectively manage time, tasks, teams, and client relationships.

Strong communication and organizational skills with a solution-driven mindset.

Experience in budgeting, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within a communications or creative agency environment.

1–2 years of experience with project management methodologies and best practices.

A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
