Dubai Holding Asset Management is looking for a Senior Executive to join their team, responsible for business planning, budget forecasting, and reporting. This role supports the retail destinations portfolio by analyzing financial performance, coordinating retail operations, and assisting with budgeting and reporting activities. The Senior Executive will help drive retail performance through data analysis and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Planning:

  • Coordinate and support annual revenue, G&A, and capex budgets for retail destinations.

  • Prepare quarterly budget forecasts and monthly budget trackers to ensure compliance.

  • Analyze asset performance (budget vs. actual) and recommend corrective actions.

• Analysis and Reporting:

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports on revenue, expenses, leasing status, footfall, and occupancy.

  • Compile tenant sales and visitor footfall reports.

  • Provide periodic retail performance reports on sales, rent roll, occupancy %, etc.

  • Support the Yardi enhancement project and retail operations reporting needs.

• Budget Control:

  • Assist with reviewing financial details of new tenants and comparing proposed financials to ensure accurate budgeting.

  • Ensure the accuracy of financial figures submitted for decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a diverse retail conglomerate (Middle East experience preferred).

• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Experience with financial management and reporting.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work with various teams.
