BERNINI INTERIORS L.L.C is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with expertise in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The role involves cost estimation, project analysis, supplier coordination, and bid preparation to ensure competitive and profitable project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine costs.
🔹 Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for interior fit-out projects.
🔹 Obtain and review supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost efficiency.
🔹 Identify potential risks and propose value engineering solutions.
🔹 Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
🔹 Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
🔹 Maintain an updated cost database for materials, labor, and subcontractor services.
🔹 Prepare and submit bid proposals, tender documents, and pricing summaries.
🔹 Participate in negotiations and contract reviews as required.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
✅ 5-10 years of experience in estimation within the interior fit-out industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods in fit-out projects.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, and Excel.
✅ Familiarity with local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month (based on experience).
