They are now seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, and supporting tender and procurement processes for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project requirements.

• Analyze material, labor, and time requirements to establish project budgets.

• Coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical data.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and vendor proposals.

• Assist the procurement team with material sourcing and cost control.

• Prepare tender submissions and support in negotiations when required.

• Ensure cost efficiency and accuracy in all estimates and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, MEP works, and refurbishment projects.

• Proficiency in estimating software and construction documentation.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional certifications in estimating or project management are an advantage.
