• Payrails is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new revenue generation by managing the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry contacts and networks to generate leads, build relationships, and sell complex solutions to C-level executives. This role requires experience in selling high ACV software products, particularly to CFOs, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

• Leverage industry contacts to generate leads and facilitate introductions to potential clients.

• Build strong relationships with prospects, particularly C-level executives.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.

• Collaborate with the founding team to iterate and refine sales processes.

• Identify effective methods to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Gather customer feedback to inform product development priorities.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers.

• Proven track record of selling complex solutions to C-level executives, particularly CFOs.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.

• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Willingness to travel to support clients and build partnerships.
