MongoDB is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive based in Dubai to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within an assigned territory. The role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy, identifying and closing sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs, Engineering, IT leaders, and technical end users. You will work with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes through partnerships with sales and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.

Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical users.

Build effective relationships to drive growth opportunities.

Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales to maximize deals.

Participate in sales enablement training, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and development programs.
Candidate Requirements:

10+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.

Skilled in building business champions and developing sales strategies.
-
Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented.
-
Fluent in English and based in Dubai.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).

Familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technology is a plus.
