Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in real estate digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing digital campaigns, and managing website performance to maximize lead generation and brand visibility. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, SEO, CRM integration, WordPress development, and advanced performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Lead Generation:

• Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate high-quality real estate leads.
• Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and lead capture forms using A/B testing and behavioral retargeting to enhance conversion rates.
• Utilize AI-powered ad optimizations, audience segmentation, and programmatic advertising to improve campaign performance.
• Identify and explore new digital marketing trends, automation tools, and emerging platforms to scale lead generation and engagement.

Website & SEO Management:

• Manage, customize, and optimize WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Improve website performance, speed, security, and mobile responsiveness, ensuring compliance with SEO best practices.
• Implement Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and UTM parameters for precise campaign tracking and analytics.

Performance Analytics & Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rates, and user engagement.
• Conduct regular performance audits and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for executive leadership.

Email & CRM Marketing:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot to nurture leads and retain clients.
• Integrate and manage CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) to ensure seamless marketing automation and sales funnel optimization.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies:

• Stay ahead of industry trends by leveraging emerging technologies such as chatbots, interactive ads, AI-powered marketing tools, and automation solutions.
• Experiment with new digital marketing tactics to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate digital marketing within the UAE market.
• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor, HTML, CSS) and website performance optimization.
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to digital marketing.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
