Role Overview

An established luxury residential architecture studio is seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead the design of ultra-high-end private villas in Dubai and across international markets. This is a design-driven position offering the opportunity to work on exceptional bespoke residences for a global UHNW clientele while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

The role provides full project exposure—from early concept development to final delivery—within a studio entering an exciting growth phase, offering clear long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to concept design for bespoke luxury residential projects.

• Play a central role within the architectural team, working alongside senior leadership on signature developments.

• Develop spatial planning strategies, architectural detailing, and material palettes aligned with high-end design standards.

• Participate across all project stages, from initial vision through construction delivery.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence.

• Maintain a strong focus on proportion, quality, and refinement in private residential architecture.

• Support the studio’s expansion by contributing to evolving design direction and project leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of architectural experience, ideally within luxury residential design.

• Strong conceptual design ability supported by a portfolio showcasing high-end private homes.

• Excellent design sensibility with attention to detail, scale, and materiality.

• High proficiency in SketchUp (preferred).

• Working knowledge of Revit is a strong advantage.

• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.

• Passion for design-led architecture and delivering bespoke, high-quality residences.

Salary & Benefits
